Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the agreement between Linguanard Services ("we", "us") and the client ("you") for upholstery cleaning services in Delhi, India.
Bookings
- Appointments are confirmed by phone, email, or text message.
- Please ensure access, parking, and power/water availability.
- Minimum call-out charges may apply depending on location.
Scope of Work
- We conduct a fabric test to choose a safe cleaning method.
- Stains are treated on a best-effort basis. Permanent dye damage, sun fade, or wear cannot be fully reversed.
- Drying times vary by humidity and ventilation (typ. 2–6 hours).
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated.
- Quotes are estimates pending on-site assessment.
- Payment is due upon completion by UPI, card, or bank transfer.
Cancellations
- Reschedule at least 6 hours prior to avoid a late visit fee.
- Missed appointments may attract a nominal charge to cover crew time and travel.
Liability
- We carry basic business insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose dye, hidden defects, or items left inside furniture.
Health & Safety
- Chemicals used are eco-safe when applied as directed. Keep children and pets away from the work area during the service.
- Technicians may refuse work that poses a safety risk.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
